CONSISTENCY & DEDICATION
When Clàudia Pina was little, she and her father created a makeshift target by climbing a ladder to the top of their home’s terrace and hanging a vest over the corner.
She’d practise firing balls at the target for hours on end, drilling in accuracy, precision, and concentration from a young age.
100 GOALS IN 20 GAMES
Claudia joined Barcelona’s youth academy in 2013 and made an instant impression.
In only her second season, she scored an astonishing 100 goals in 20 matches for the club’s youth team – all the practise kicking balls at the vest was clearly paying off.
SHE QUICKLY PROGRESSED THROUGH THE RANKS
Clàudia Pina enjoyed an almost meteoric rise through the Barcelona youth ranks, making a name for herself at every level.
So it was almost inevitable that she would progress into the senior team – but that happened quicker than most people expected.

Pina made her first official appearance for the FC Barcelona first team in January 2018, aged just 16 years and 5 months. At the time, she was the youngest player ever to play for a senior Barça team in an official match.
