Everything You Need to Know About Aggie Beever-Jones
22-year-old Aggie Beever-Jones has emerged as one of Chelsea and England’s standout talents over the last few seasons.
Born in Surrey, Agnes – or Aggie for short – supported Chelsea from a young age.
Her footballing journey began between the sticks, as she played in goal for her local boys’ team. Over time, she turned her attention to outfield play and signed for the prestigious Chelsea Academy aged 9.
Here’s everything you need to know about what she’s achieved since that point.
She had the best 18th birthday present
Aggie’s childhood dreams came true on her 18th birthday, when she signed her first professional contract with Chelsea on 27 July, 2021.
She’s been on loan twice
Aggie Beever-Jones has been out on loan twice in her adult career.
She spent the 2021/2022 season with the Bristol City squad, where her stunning strike in the team’s 3-0 win over Blackburn Rovers on 15 November was nominated for the FA Women’s Championship Goal of the Season.
The following year, Aggie headed to Merseyside on a loan spell with Everton. She clocked up 21 appearances for the Toffees before returning to Chelsea on a permanent basis ahead of their 2023/2024 campaign.
She made her England debut in July 2024
Aggie’s impressive stats in Chelsea’s 2023/2024 season caught the attention of Sarina Wiegman, and she was called up to the Lionesses’ squad for their EURO 2025 qualifiers.
She made her national debut in July 2024, coming on as a sub in England’s 2-1 victory over the Republic of Ireland.
She had to wait over a year for her first international goal, though, which eventually came in England’s dominant 5-0 win against Belgium in the UEFA Women’s Nations League at Ashton Gate, Bristol, in April 2025.
She once scored a 30-minute hat-trick for The Lionesses
On 30 May, 2025, Aggie Beever-Jones made her first senior start for England.
She was off the mark quickly, finding the back of the net in the third minute, before scoring again in the 26th and 33rd minutes.
Aggie’s 30-minute first-half hat-trick sealed the deal in a 6-0 victory over Portugal, and thrust her into the hearts of Lionesses fans around the world.
She was England’s top goal-scorer for the 2024/2025 season
In no small part thanks to her incredible display against Portugal, Aggie Beever-Jones was crowned England’s top goal-scorer for the 2024/2025 calendar.

She scored six times in ten appearances in what was a truly breakthrough season, which culminated in Aggie helping England to win the UEFA EURO 2025.
She’s now made 15 appearances for England
Since her debut, Aggie has become a stalwart of the Lionesses’ senior squad. She’s made 15 appearances, scored seven goals, and has become a favourite with fans and players alike.
And she’s continued the habit of very cool things happening on her birthday – the squad won the Euro 2025 on Aggie’s 22nd birthday.
